Experience
I am an acting teacher at the prestigious school The Acting Center, in Sherman Oaks. I have experience with academic and athletic tutoring. I enjoy tutoring because I’m passionate about helping people in all aspects of life. Nothing inspires me more than working with a student and witnessing their steady growth. While this is tremendously rewarding, ultimately I do it because I want to help students move toward the future they desire. As Henry David Thoreau once said, “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.” This is, in a nutshell, how I live my life and what I aim to inspire in my students. I bring a positive attitude, proficiency and experience in various subjects, a passion for teaching, and an ability to inspire growth in people. I am also patient, kind and gentle, and believe in students. I work well with children and teens because I'm supportive and encouraging, and make a point of making studying fun. I help students excel in their studies, but also help them gain confidence, improve work ethic and work efficiency. Under my tutelage, they learn how to work on a given subject as much as they learn the specific skills of the subject they are working on. Hobbies
I'm an actor, and love telling stories through my art. All art forms appeal to me, each in their unique way. I enjoy being in nature and staying active, whether hiking, snowboarding, camping, etc. But I am also passionate about reading and writing, which is why I choose to tutor these subjects. The most important area of my life, however, is my time with family and friends, and I try to spend as much quality time with them as I can.
